Veneto Véla is transparent acrylic paint for decorative techniques with silicone additives for the achievement of special effects in various decorative techniques for exterior surfaces. Due to its special additives, Veneto Véla provides high covering ability, its vapor permeable, enables the vapor to be thrown out, and allows the surface to breathe, odor-free; harmless to human health and the environment. It is easy to clean with its perfect wipe ability; it does not stain.
Before the application, stir Veneto Véla homogeneously. The leveled surfaces should be previously coated with Veneto Acryl primer (drying time min. 6h). Veneto Véla is a ready-to-apply material. The first coat is applied with a hard plastic putty knife with one side rounded. The second and third coats are applied after the complete drying of the first whereby the desired textural effects are achieved by using a plastic rounded putty knife with various application techniques. The drying time between the applications of coats is 6-8h.
Allow 4-6h hours at touch and 24h for complete dry at 23°C environment conditions.
The consumption depends on the surface. In a standard application it would be as follows: 0,06 – 0,09 l/m2, depending on the application technique.
The surface must be dry and free from all kinds of dirt, oil, blistered paint, and dust from the application surfaces, the defects of the surface should be corrected with Veneto acrylic-based putty. Surfaces with old paints or ready-to-be-painted surfaces must be undercoated with Veneto Deco primer.
